These pages only use analytics and company insight cookies if you agree to them. Here is exactly what they store and load.

Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how these pages are used: for example, which sections people read and which buttons they press. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which last for up to two years.
Company insight
With the same consent, we use Snitcher to see which organisations visit these pages. Snitcher matches the network address of a visit to a company, such as your employer, and sets its own cookies to recognise return visits. We use this to understand which businesses are interested in our services, not to identify you personally.
If you decline, or don’t answer, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Snitcher are not loaded and none of their cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies on these pages.
Your cookie choice
Your browser remembers whether you accepted or declined in its local storage, under the name optima-consent, so we don’t ask you on every page.
Your light or dark mode choice
If you use the light and dark mode button, your browser remembers your choice in its local storage, under the name optima-theme. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is only used to show the page in the mode you chose. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Fonts
The pages load the Poppins and Roboto fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google states that the Fonts API does not set cookies.
Links to other sites
Registering for the webinar takes you to Microsoft Teams, and our support portal, LinkedIn page and main website are run on other services. Those sites have their own cookie policies, which apply once you visit them.
